If you are a natural-born or naturalized citizen of any of the 200+ clans, bands or tribes comprising the Houkeai Nation & Confederation and do not have a Houkeai National Registration number, please contact your tribal office, complete the form requesting your registration credential and return it to your local tribe. They will forward it to the Citizenship Office where we will process your national enrollment. You should receive your enrollment package within three weeks. If you are applying tor Houkeai National Citizenship based on birthright, and are presently unaffiliated, please download the enrollment package, complete it, scan it into a PDF format and return it according to the instructions in the packet.
